All custom goods are non-returnable. Once picked up from the manufacturer's warehouse, shipping carriers are solely responsible for delayed, damaged, or lost shipments. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Returns due to reasons other than mis-ships or damages are subject to a 20% restocking fee and returned freight at customer's expense. Account balances beyond terms will incur a 1.5% interest charge per month (18% per annum).
